2011 Pro Days: 3/13 Attendance

Fort Valley State WR Ricardo Lockette

12:35 AM ET – Not sure how I missed this, but a report from NFL.com’s Gil Brandt says that the Jaguars, Buccaneers and Patriots have all scheduled interviews with Fort Valley State WR Ricardo Lockette. 15 teams were in attendance at the Fort Valley State Pro Day, mostly there to watch Lockette.

Lockette is a 6’2, 211 pound track star who will likely get drafted due to his size and speed (4.34) despite having inconsistent hands and general inexperience.

5:20 PM ET – There are no pro days today, but I’m still on the hunt regarding information from the last week’s worth of pro days. What I have uncovered is that the Jaguars were not in attendance at the Nebraska-Omaha Pro Day. The only team that attended UNO’s workouts were the Kansas City Chiefs. Jaguars TE Zach Miller’s alma mater is pulling their football program, so this is likely one of the last pro days for the school. Their leading prospect is TE Mike Higgins, although he will most likely go undrafted in April.
