I have been searching high and low to find out who the Jaguars have spoken to so far at the combine. The Jaguars have stayed pretty quiet when it comes to media, so information has been hard to come by. While the combine is only in day two and there are still four days more after this, I have been able to uncover two players that the Jaguars have met with so far. Neither player is a new addition to the list as they were met with during their respective all-star games.
The first is Nevada QB Colin Kaepernick who said on Twitter that he has a scheduled interview at 8:30 AM Sunday morning. The Jaguars showed interest in Kaepernick during Senior Bowl week and have continued to show interest now at the combine.
The second player is Portland State TE Julius Thomas. The 6’4, 251 pound tight end received interest from the Jaguars during his week at the East-West Shrine Game. Thomas is projected as a late round draft pick that could possibly go undrafted.
Come back as I’ll try to keep you posted on who the Jaguars have spoken to as the information rolls in.
